Terms and Conditions for E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC ("we," "our," or "the Company"). By scheduling a service, purchasing a service, or engaging with our offerings, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not schedule or engage in any service with E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC.


1. Services Provided

E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC offers life and business coaching services, which may include psychic mediumship readings, spiritual guidance, or related offerings. These services are intended to provide personal development and insights and should not be construed as professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Payment is due upon scheduling and must be received before the appointment will be confirmed.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment once. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Any further rescheduling or failure to reschedule within 24 hours of the original appointment time may result in the forfeiture of the session.

  • No-Show & Cancellations: If the Client fails to show up for an appointment, no refund will be provided. If the Client arrives more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, the session will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

3. Conduct During Sessions

  • No Recording: Clients are prohibited from recording or using any recording devices during the session unless express permission is granted by E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC.

  • Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the session. Disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be given.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment: All services must be paid for in full at the time of scheduling. The Client is responsible for ensuring the payment is processed successfully.

  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly noted in the rescheduling and cancellation policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of psychic or spiritual readings and does not take responsibility for the personal choices or actions of the Client based on the information provided during a session.

  • The Client acknowledges that the service provided is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, and the Client is responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice when necessary.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC respects the privacy of its Clients and will maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during sessions, except where required by law.

  • Clients understand that the services may involve sharing personal or sensitive information, and by using the services, they consent to such disclosure within the bounds of the session.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and intellectual property shared during coaching sessions or on any related platform (website, social media, etc.) are the property of E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC and are protected by copyright laws. The Client agrees not to copy, redistribute, or use any material without the express permission of the Company.


8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments

E&S Viewpoint Services, LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients, and such amendments will apply to all appointments scheduled after the date of such changes.
